I ask because I’ve seen so many fantastic people at Action Communiterre (AC) change their worlds in small and powerful ways. It seems to be a common thread, helping others, helping yourself, living in harmony with nature, being self-sufficient and sustainable. The list could go on, and it will with your help…

Today is the grand opening of the Action Communiterre blog! =) I started the idea of this blog as a way for you urban agriculture enthusiasts, gardeners, and everyone involved or interested in AC to communicate and share. Oh but, I should start by introducing myself.  I’m Leena. I was an intern in social work with AC last year and this summer, I’m mainly helping organize the Harvest Party and the workshops you’ve started hearing about.

We'd also like this to be an opportunity to share updates from our collective gardens.  Feel free to comment on anything you read, or let us know if there is anything you'd like to see up here.  We hope to have some guest blog posts from our gardeners and friends in the community too!  If you have something to share, let us know.
