Agastache Anise hyssop (Seeds)
Perennial, good in herb tea or for eating raw in spring or fall, tastes like anis mint

Beets (Seeds)
Chioggia : An old variety from Italy, beautiful with white and red circles inside.

Bush bean (Seeds)
Saint-Sacrement : To eat young or dry when overly ripe, yellow, white with red eye seeds, tolerates drought, heritage variety from Bas-St-Laurent.

Cabbage (Plants)
Savoie Vertus : Savoie cabbage has curly leaves. Very good taste. Harvest when center is hard.

Calendula (Plants, Seeds)
Orange : Flower petals give nice color to salads, omelettes. Medicinal.

Carot (Seeds)
Red Dragon : Two colors. From China, violet skin and orange flesh, spicy. In addition to be very delicious, it is very beautiful.

Chou-kale (Plants, Seeds)
Red Russian : Delicious reddish purple variety. Tolerates cold weather. Slightly attractive to aphids.

Cucumber (Plants, Seeds)
Lemon : Little lemon-like cucumbers, light yellow skin, white crispy flesh, never bitter. Tolerates drought. Plants don't grow large.
Marketmore : Heirloom, the most cultivated cucumber since many years. Very crispy, naturally resisant to most diseases and bugs.

Purpurea : Perennial, dark pink flowers from July to October, medicinal.

Saucey : Perfect for canning. Prune oval shape, grows in clusters of 5-10, keeps well on the plant, determinate.
Italienne noire : From Yougoslavia, mid-season, perfect for sauce, indéterminée.
Jubillée jaune : Delicious orange yellow of good shape, indeterminate.
D'Iberville : From Québec, gone from commercial retailers, dark red, many fruit in clusters, indeterminate.
Savignac : Another Quebecer, excellent dark pink, vigorous, indeterminate.
Golden cherry : Probably the most sweetest tasting cherry tomato, orange, you'll not stop raving about this one, indeterminate.

Walhtam butternut : Long, bulb-like fruit. White-cream exterior color, orange flesh, nut taste.
